When you host a website on waytonat.com, you are the Data Controller for the content and data you upload, and I act as the Data Processor. I process your account data. email and server logs. strictly to provide the hosting service. Any data your website collects from its visitors, such as contact form submissions, comments, or forum posts, is controlled entirely by you.
The subject matter is the provision of free web hosting on a shared server. This DPA applies for as long as your account is active. Once you close your account, I stop processing your data, and your files are removed from active storage. If you want all residual data permanently deleted, open a support ticket.

I secure the server using standard practices. firewall configurations, regular panel updates, and strict account isolation. However, as stated in the Terms of Service, I don't maintain automated off-site backups. You are responsible for backing up your own data. If I discover a data breach affecting your account data, I'll notify you via the dashboard as soon as reasonably possible so you can take appropriate action.
Because you control the data you upload. your website files, your user databases, your visitors' information. it is your responsibility to:
As the Controller, you can delete your files and databases at any time via the KeyHelp panel or phpMyAdmin. When an account is terminated or removed, all hosted content across web hosting and game hosting is immediately removed. Logs are not purged immediately. They expire over a longer period and are not kept forever, but they take longer to disappear naturally. If you want any residual data or logs permanently deleted before they expire, open a support ticket and I will process it.
This agreement may be updated at any time without advance warning. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. I will try my best to notify you of major updates through the dashboard, but no guarantee of advance notice is made. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated agreement.
